The Role
We are looking for a Hands-On QA Lead who can own quality end-to-end - from strategy to execution. This is not a coordination role. You will be deeply involved in testing complex distributed systems while building and leading a high-performing QA function.
What Youll Do
Own end-to-end quality strategy across the platform
Design and execute system -level and integration TEST plans
Build automated TEST frameworks (API, integration, system tests)
Stay hands-on - write code, debug, and investigate failures
Drive CI/CD quality gates and testing lifecycle integration
Identify edge cases and break system assumptions
Leadership
Build and lead a QA tea
Requirements: Requirements
5+ years in QA / TEST Engineering, including leadership
Networking systems (routers, switches, firewalls)
Performance / Load Testing
Cloud-native distributed systems
Strong TEST automation experience (API / system -level)
Hands-on scripting ( Python, Bash, or similar)
Experience with distributed systems / networking infrastructure
CI/CD and DevOps experience
Docker Kubernetes
