We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PA & Office manager to support our Co-CEO and manage daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations while directly supporting executive leadership. Employment Type: Part-time (80% position) Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Location: Herzliya (not hybrid) Reports to: Co-CEO Key Responsibilities
* Manage Co-CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
* Coordinate office maintenance and facility-related issues
* Handle administrative tasks including filing, document management, and data entry
* Coordinate workplace wellness initiatives
* Manage employee amenities and comfort (kitchen supplies, common areas, parking lot, etc.)
Requirements: Required Qualifications
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in office management and Executive assistance
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Fluent English
