We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support various aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings locally and internationally.
Overseeing the organizations IT and information systems.
Coordinating professional travel arrangements and conferences in
Israel and abroad.
Providing ongoing support to the CEO and executive management team.
Handling daily office operations (supplies, filing, organization, cleanliness, etc.).
Organizing company events.
Administrative collaboration with hospital teams (onboarding new employees, coordinating meeting spaces, procurement, etc.).
Managing lab inventory and providing support to clinical and manufacturing teams as needed.
The position is full-time, but part-time options are also available.
The company's office is based in Netanya.
Requirements: Requirements:
Fluent English (written and spoken) required. Preference for native speakers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work on a variable schedule, including coordination with international partners.
A willingness to learn new tools, systems, and concepts.
