This role is pivotal in driving the development, customization, and delivery of out-of-the-box (OOTB) product integration solutions for end clients. Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development and Delivery:
Lead the successful design, development, and delivery of OOTB product integration solutions tailored to client needs.
Hands on involvement of E2E architecture design solutions and troubleshooting.
Establish and maintain best practices in integration methodologies, tools, documentation and standards.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ensure delivery meets or exceeds expectations. Includes on site meetings and support.
Leadership and Team Management:
Oversee and manage the integration line, ensuring effective coordination across a diverse team of developers, engineers, and delivery specialists.
Provide strategic direction, mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance productivity, skill development and quality.
Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the development of Form Building Tools that power insurance transactional journeysincluding sales, service, and claimsacross all insurance lines globally.
