Requirements:
Relevant academic degree

MBA - Advantage

At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles and proven experience in leading major business development campaigns

Marketing background and operational experience in Electro-Optic or EW systems - Advantage

Experience in the defense industry - Advantage

Experience as a Marketing Manager in a multidisciplinary business company - Advantage

High-level proficiency in English and Russian

Familiarity with the defense market in CIS countries - Advantage

Willingness to work intensively and beyond regular hours

Willingness to travel abroad frequently and for extended periods

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-organizational business projects independently
