We are looking for a QC Operator to join the Quality team. In this role you will take an active part in promoting quality achievements and performance improvement throughout the site. Responsibilities:
* Perform in-process quality checks across production departments, including proper documentation and reporting of findings
* Inspect incoming materials and components, and authorize release for use in production
* Approve machine setup and initial production runs to ensure compliance with standards
* Support Quality Assurance activities, including process validations and audits
* Identify, investigate, and document process deviations and nonconformities
* Analyze quality data, trends, and KPIs; prepare detailed reports and summaries
* Coordinate and maintain records for the annual calibration plan and related activities
Requirements: * Experience working in a laboratory, quality control, or production environment
* Hands-on experience with controlled documents, including writing, reviewing, and updating procedures
* Familiarity with ERP systems advantage
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Excellent organizational skills, with strong time management and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Fluency in Hebrew required; English an advantage
