The Global Communications team is looking for a seasoned, innovative Social Media Manager to join us in defining the future of our brand presence across all social platforms. This role is built for someone who lives and breathes social media, has their finger on the pulse of cultural movements, and sees social media as the ultimate playground for brand storytelling and community building.
You'll own our end-to-end social media strategy and execution, including our culture channel, creating trend-setting content that resonates with diverse audiences while driving measurable business impact. Working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our social presence is cutting-edge, culturally relevant, and strategically aligned with our broader business objectives.

Define the future of social media by developing and executing comprehensive strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms, while pioneering how social should look like in 2025 and beyond through AI-first content creation and community building.
Live on social and identify cultural trends before they hit mainstream, leveraging your deep understanding of digital culture to create rapid-turnaround, trend-setting content that positions us as a cultural leader.
Own our culture channel (LifeatAF) and all brand social presence, creating authentic, engaging content that showcases our company culture, globally and locally, while building community and driving talent attraction.
Create high-quality, cutting-edge content strategically tailored to each platform including copy, images, videos, stories, and reels using advanced AI tools and emerging formats. Own the content calendar and collaborate to amplify reach.
Own review and reputation channels by managing our presence on third-party platforms, responding to reviews in our unique brand voice, and partnering with CS, Growth and Product Marketing to drive strategic engagement.
Monitor and engage with audiences in real time across all channels, fostering community trust and loyalty while moderating conversations, responding to comments and DMs, and collaborating with performance marketing teams on paid social campaigns.
Requirements: 5 years of social media experience with proven success leading strategy and execution at tech-focused companies, demonstrating mastery of both brand and culture social channels
Cultural trend radar with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on trends before they hit mainstream, showing deep understanding of digital culture and social movements
Exceptional content creation mastery including expert-level copywriting, visual storytelling, video production, and multi-format content creation across all major platforms
Platform expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging social platforms, with deep knowledge of platform-specific best practices and cultural nuances
Advanced technical proficiency in social media management tools, design and video editing software, analytics platforms, and the latest AI-powered content creation tools
Data-driven strategic mindset with experience analyzing complex social metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and translating insights into high-impact campaigns
Excellent organizational and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and rapid-response content creation
Native-level English fluency with exceptional writing and editing abilities across different brand voices and cultural contexts.
