1. Full administrative personal management of the Chairman CEOs office
2. High personal standards discretion
3. Coordination management of complex, multi-participant calendars
4. Handling personal matters payments
5. Liaising with senior contacts in Israel abroad
6. Handling phone calls daily correspondence in Hebrew English
7. Organizing meetings arranging refreshments
8. Handling purchase orders office supplies
9. Managing personal schedule
10. Coordinating business trips abroad
Requirements: Mandatory Requirements:*
1. Bachelors degree
2. 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant to senior executives in a retail company or factory
3. Native-level Hebrew English
4. Excellent written verbal communication skills in Hebrew English
5. Ability to prioritize work under pressure
6. Excellent command of MS Office applications, especially Excel Outlook
7. Experience managing complex calendars
8. Accuracy responsibility
9. Maturity, professionalism, service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills
10. Ability to work independently as part of a team
