What Youll Do

Manage the full procurement process, from order placement to delivery, covering both internal company needs and components, equipment, and materials required for customer-delivered products and systems
Conduct supplier evaluations and price comparisons, and prioritize procurement based on customer project timelines, product requirements, and internal company needs
Ensure availability of critical components and coordinate payments and approvals
Streamline procurement and logistics processes to reduce lead times
Manage warehouse and lab inventory, including components, electronic boards, and equipment, ensuring accurate ERP tracking
Build and maintain structured processes for order intake, tracking, and usage planning
Maintain and update BOMs (Bill of Materials) for all company products
Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors (domestic and international)
Monitor production schedules, shipment timelines, and delivery performance
Supervise import/export logistics, including customs and shipping follow-up
Support the R&D lab with component and equipment management

You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including the operations team, couriers, and external partners, to enhance delivery performance and customer experience.

What Will You Do

Conduct periodic performance reviews with couriers and take proactive measures to improve their productivity.
