We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team at our company.
This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful recruitment processes, work closely with hiring managers, and bring initiative, creativity, and innovative thinking into our recruitment practices , with a strong focus on inclusion, diversity, and equitable hiring.
Temporary position ~8 months | 80% role
Location: Rehovot | Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Lead meaningful recruitment processes in close partnership with hiring managers
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative sourcing approaches
Conduct phone and in-person interviews and support the hiring process through the offer stage
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Additionally, support recruitment processes for contractors, students, internships, and internal mobility initiatives
Work with placement agencies and support the employee.

Lead end-to-end sourcing efforts for a wide range of technical roles, with a focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality passive candidates.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, using advanced search techniques and a deep understanding of the tech landscape.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, niche communities, and additional sourcing tools to uncover top talent.
Utilize AI-driven tools and automations to scale sourcing efforts, increase efficiency, and introduce new methods for talent discovery.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role profiles and ensure strong alignment on candidate expectations.
Manage and maintain all sourcing activity within Comeet / Spark (ATS), ensuring clean, accurate, and organized data.
Support key operational aspects of the recruiting process - including interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and workflow support - ensuring a seamless and timely experience.
Bring a creative, think outside the box mindset to identify new channels, strategies, and approaches to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us for an intensive recruitment project for a 4-month contract role with strong potential for extension and permanent employment

This role will lead end-to-end recruitment processes (E2E) across a variety of positions in the company - including software/tech roles as well as customer support, sales, and business positions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes (E2E) from role definition to offer stage
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, structure the hiring process, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment cycle
Manage the entire candidate journey, including screening, interviews, feedback loops, and offer management
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes across multiple stakeholders
Ensure a structured, efficient, and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain clear communication and alignment with hiring managers and internal teams

What Youll Do Manage the full hiring lifecycle from role definition to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and high-quality hiring process. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team goals, business needs, and hiring priorities, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process. Build and execute effective sourcing strategies, proactively identifying and engaging top candidates through both traditional and creative channels. Conduct interviews in both Hebrew and English and lead structured, thoughtful candidate evaluations. Drive efficient, fast, and well-organized recruitment processes while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience. Collaborate with global teams and support hiring across multiple regions. Use data, insights, and new tools to continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes. Explore and adopt new recruiting technologies and AI tools to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency.
What Youll Bring At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, including at least 2 years recruiting for technical roles in a high-tech or startup environment. Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles and functions. Strong sourcing capabilities and the creativity to identify and engage top talent. Experience working independently and managing multiple processes in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting globally. Experience working with APAC markets is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates. Full professional fluency in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to conduct interviews in both languages. A genuine passion for recruiting and talent acquisition. Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new recruiting tools, including AI-driven solutions.
