We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to join our dynamic data group.

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Derive meaningful insights and actionable value from data and effectively communicate it to diverse stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Management, Product managers, Marketing, Sales, R&D and other teams; Develop and refine metrics and KPIs to effectively measure performance and impact of initiatives
Dashboards: Lead the Implementation & maintenance of dashboards for self service analytics and reporting capabilities
Team Leadership: Manage a data analyst team, including hiring, training, and performance development.
Analytics Guild Leader: Play a leading role in building the capability of a geographically distributed analytics team, bringing significant expertise, and actively coaching and mentoring others to increase overall analytics domain impact
Stakeholder Management: Lead the engagement for Data & Analytics with business leaders to identify and prioritize analytics projects and initiatives, as well as define business requirements and specifications; Balance handling ad hoc requests while also driving larger projects forward.
Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with BI Dev & Data Engineering teams to ensure data sources are accessible and well organized
Innovation: Research and evaluate new data sources, technologies, and methodologies, and implement best practices and innovations in analytics
Requirements: 5+ years of relevant working experience as a Data/Business/Product/ Analyst - A must
Proficient in using various analytics software, tools, and languages, such as SQL, Looker Tableau, Python, R, etc.
Leadership experience with the capability to manage and inspire a distributed team
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize and clearly communicate data analysis assumptions and results to diverse audiences
Customer focused and results oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Self starting and proactive with a passion for delivering quality
Advantages :
Experience in A/B testing concepts, tooling and methodologies
Experienced with MPP columnar databases like Bigquery/Snowflake/Redshift or similar
Experienced with statistical data modeling
Travel and/or e-commerce industry experience
