We're seeking a proactive Product Analyst to join our fast paced data group. This role requires a sharp analytical mind and a strong technical skill set to translate complex product and business problems into actionable insights
Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams including Business stakeholders, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to inform, influence, support, and execute product strategy
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and product changes, driving iterative product improvement
Collaborate closely with the Data Science team to analyze Machine Learning models' performance and to suggest potential new features that can provide additional value
Own the data, understand its business purpose, and assure its ongoing quality by adding alerts to identify trends and anomalies
Develop and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly reports and dashboards for optimal monitoring and visibility
Present data-driven insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely, enabling informed decision making.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a product/data/business analyst
Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset
Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Experience with programming languages (Python, R)
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms
Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests
Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advantages:
Experienced with MPP columnar databases like Bigquery/Snowflake/Redshift or similar
Experience with Machine Learning models evaluation analysis and features engineering
Travel and/or e-commerce industry experience
