What youll do:
Leading PMO Team:
Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 PMO professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality project management practices.
Requires proven experience of having served as a PMO and previously managing PMOs, demonstrating leadership in establishing and overseeing project management standards and practices.
Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
Oversee multiple implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Collaborate with senior management to align project objectives with the company's strategic goals
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across project teams.
Assistance to operations on project estimations.
PMO Hands-On:
Project planning and tracking responsibilities:
Resource plans, analysis, timelines, releases, and sprints.
Scope, resource, and budget management (work plans, project Dashboards, plans vs. actual analysis, invoice lifecycle etc...).
Comprehensive understanding of the project:
Integral part of the project, with an overall understanding of the technical, financial, legal, and marketing aspects of the whole program.
Holistic view from the customers' perspective.
Ability to shift attention and focus to the areas they are most needed, be it hands-on or by connecting the right people at the right time.
Make sure our planning and analysis tools bring the most value, for all stakeholders be the first level of support for project management systems to all internal users needs and constraints and adjust accordingly.
Learn and teach ramp-up fast on new tools and methodologies and train internal and external users with system functionality worldwide.
Take an active part in developing new planning tools and modules implement, define, and test new capabilities.

Requirements: Must have Skills:
B.Sc. degree in Information Systems/ Industrial Engineering / Economics (or equivalent).
Experience in financial aspects in project management - Knowledge / Experience with P&L.
Excel is a friend - Deep knowledge.
At least 5 years of experience in PMO activities such as Planning & Control and 2+ years of managerial experience.
Experience in global project management of technological projects.
Presentation skills - Ability to create & deliver presentations effectively.
Ability to work across time zones (Travels are optional).
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent English and Hebrew.
Good to have Skills:
Experienced with using different project management tools - e.g., MS Project, Jira, Sciforma.
A PMP or Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP is preferred).
Experience in insurance companies.
