Required Compensation & Benefits Consultant
Job Description:
Design and implement compensation plans and incentive programs, encompassing KPIs, overall compensation strategy, and equity-based incentives.
Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmark analysis.
Provide strategic advisory services across various industries, guiding companies on compensation levels, industry requirements, and best practices.
Perform and review annual bonus calculations.
Advise on equity compensation plans.
Develop and refine compensation processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Consult with senior management, boards of directors, and compensation committees on strategic compensation matters.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Law.
Prior professional experience 2 years minimum.
Proven experience in compensation, benefits, equity programs, regulation, and incentive policies an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to work across teams.
High-level analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
