We are looking for an energetic, intelligent, and driven Senior Software Engineer to join our fast growing engineering team.
You will be working on a new set of cloud products supporting continuous testing and effortless automation for enterprise applications. As a senior software engineer, you will drive the technical decision making in your team, solve the hard problems, and bring creative novel ideas into the mix.
Collaborate within and across the teams to design and develop solutions.
Work closely with product management & UX to design great experiences for our users and align with business goals.
Help build the next generation of scalable automation software in React/.NET.
Design and implement new scalable cloud services.
Review code of your teammates and actively share your knowledge.
Continuously educate yourself on latest technologies.
Develop and express clear opinions on how things should be done.
Coach less experienced engineers and help them to implement best practices.
Collaborate across teams to implement best practices in engineering.
Run experiments to figure out the fit of new technologies, approaches, or patterns.
Develop/review/implement technical designs for next-gen Tricentis products.
Requirements: 5+ years of profound software development experience in .NET.
Multiyear experience with developing in ReactJS/Typescript/Javascript.
Multiyear experience with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases).
Extensive experience with developing cloud services.
Experience working in and succeeding as agile development team.
Experience with DevOps pipelines.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate business requirements into product solutions.
You have a good overview of current trends in frontend/backend development.
Be comfortable with change: we are building very new products and we are continuously evaluating if we are on track with customers and internal stakeholders. Sometimes we will need to pivot and get back to the drawing board.
Get your hands dirty attitude: you are not afraid to pick up a new technology/library/pattern and get productive with it quickly if that is needed for the task at hand.
Proven experience in producing high-quality code and implementing engineering best practices
