Required Field Application Team Leader
About The Position
We supply safety-critical, high-performance LiDAR sensors for assisted driving systems, autonomous robotaxis, and various smart infrastructure applications. We are looking for a Field Application Team Leader for our Application Engineering group. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing technical team based in both Israel and North America. You will be the technical authority bridging the gap between our cutting-edge LiDAR technology and our global customers in the automotive, robotaxi, and smart infrastructure sectors.
As a leader, you will ensure your team successfully performs demos and integrates our products into customer platforms, unblocks technical bottlenecks, and provides the feedback loop necessary for our R&D teams in Israel to maintain our market leadership.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a global team of Application Engineers (IL & US). Define KPIs, oversee professional growth, and ensure seamless collaboration across time zones
Technical Strategy: Define the best practices for product demonstrations, field testing, and customer integration workflows
Bridge to R&D: Act as the primary technical interface between the field (North America) and HQ (Israel) product, engineering, and validation teams
Customer Excellence: Oversee high-stakes technical engagements with automotive OEMs and robotaxi providers, ensuring top-tier support and rapid issue resolution
Resource Management: Prioritize team tasks to support both existing customer maintenance and new business opportunities (Sales support)
Hands-on Oversight: Jump into complex technical "firefighting" when necessary, providing expert guidance on HW/SW troubleshooting and system integration.

We are looking for an experienced Physical Design team lead to lead and scale a physical design team responsible for complex, high-performance silicon. This role combines deep technical ownership with team leadership, and plays a key part in delivering cutting-edge compute platforms.
You will be responsible for driving the full physical design flow, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal performance, power, and area (PPA). Responsibilities
Lead a physical design team across all stages of the physical design flow, including floorplanning, placement, clock tree synthesis (CTS), routing, timing, and power optimization
Mentor and guide physical design engineers through block- and subsystem-level implementations
Drive technical direction and best practices for physical design methodologies and workflows
Collaborate closely with RTL, architecture, verification, and project management teams
Own timing analysis and closure, working with RTL teams to resolve timing violations
Ensure compliance with physical verification requirements, including DRC and LVS
Optimize designs to meet aggressive PPA targets and project milestones
Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and execution quality

We are looking for R&D Pharma Team Leader to be responsible for the professional and managerial leadership of R&D pharma team engaged in formulation and process development of drug products. The role includes building and executing work plans, managing timelines, providing scientific expertise of formulation and manufacturing process development, scale-up activities, transition of products from development to commercial manufacturing, leading process validations and technology transfers and supporting ongoing commercial manufacturing through deviation investigations and professional assessments, while continuously driving operational efficiency within the department.
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in formulation development, scale-up, and manufacturing processes.
Assign tasks, prioritize activities, and perform continuous follow-up on execution.
Ensure high-quality scientific and technical deliverables in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Lead formulation and manufacturing process development in accordance with QbD methodology. Definition of QTPP, CQAs, CPPs, and Design Space.
Evaluation of experimental work, including scale-up activities from laboratory scale to Engineering to registration batches scale.
Lead and support process validation activities (Process Validation, PPQ). Review, assess, and approve validation protocols and reports.
Lead and participate in pharmaceutical technology transfer projects and transition of drug products from development status to commercial manufacturing, ensuring process robustness, regulatory readiness, and manufacturing continuity.
Collaborate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Engineering to ensure successful product commercialization.
Identify risks, delays, and resource gaps, and lead mitigation actions.
Provide regular progress updates to management.
Actively participate in deviation investigations related to products in routine manufacturing and provide professional pharmaceutical opinions and assessments.
Perform root cause analysis and support definition and implementation of CAPAs.
Support change control activities related to products and processes.
Initiate and lead continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the department.
Implement pharmaceutical and regulatory best practices.
