The Sales Development Representative (SDR) works with prospective customers in Israel to identify and initiate new sales opportunities. SDR works in close contact with the territory sales team, analyses the market and handles a high volume of inbound and outbound communication to generate new prospect meetings and follow up on them.
Responsibilities:
Learn our core products and understand the value they provide to our customers in order to be able to communicate it effectively to the prospective customers.
Work with the sales team in your territory to determine a strategic sales approach.
Identify decision-makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start the sales process.
Position and Present our products to potential customers to generate the new prospects meetings for the sales team.
Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity, our Marketing team, Channel Partners, and individual prospecting.
Maintain accurate account information and activity detail in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
Requirements: Outstanding verbal and written commination skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls per day.
1+ years of business-to-business sales experience/training a mandatory.
Fluent in English (writing and speaking) and in Hebrew a mandatory.
Bachelors Degree from a four-year College/University.
Technology industry experience preferred.
Basic skill level of Microsoft Office.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
