The Product Operations team is committed to driving excellence at scale. As a Senior Program Manager, youll play a pivotal role in shaping our product operations strategy and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Process Excellence and Efficiency
Implement SaaS product management methodologies best practices
Improve, standardize, and optimize day-to-day processes within the product management team
Identify and address gaps and bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Foster strong partnerships between the product team and field teams (like Sales, GTM, Customer Success, etc.)
Facilitate alignment on product launches, feature rollouts, and customer feedback
Bridge communication gaps to ensure a cohesive customer experience
Data-Driven Decision-Making
Champion data-driven culture within the product management team
Encourage evidence-based decision-making through rigorous analysis
Leverage metrics and KPIs to guide product strategy and prioritize initiatives
Product/feature Adoption
Accelerate adoption of newly released products and features by our customer base
Develop strategies to drive awareness, education, and usage.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of program management experience, preferably in SaaS environments.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
Independent thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels
Highly energetic with a positive attitude and a passion for innovation
Ability to influence and engage with senior executives
Comfortable presenting to C-suite and board members
Agility to adapt messaging based on audience and context.
