We are hiring a salesforce Business Analyst Were looking for an experienced salesforce Business Analyst to join a leading global tech company through Abra. This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months as a maternity leave replacement.
Hybrid model: 2 days a week from the office - Tuesdays and Wednesdays
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and Information Systems teams to define, design, implement, and support salesforce solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What youll be doing:
Lead salesforce -related projects end-to-end - from requirements gathering and design to implementation, training, and stakeholder communication
Document, design, TEST, and support system implementations using salesforce best practices
Provide tactical support for issues and bugs reported on the salesforce platform
Build and improve business processes, integrations, automations, and tools
Work with internal Sales, Marketing, and Services users
Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training
Create clear functional specifications and translate business needs into practical solutions
Requirements: 2+ years of experience with salesforce
Strong knowledge of salesforce automation tools: Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
Strong analytical skills and business process orientation
Team player with high integrity and ownership
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering - advantage
Experience with Apex, C #, or JAVA - advantage
