Were looking for a Customer Success data Analyst (Student Position) to join our team and help us ensure our clients needs are fully met, supporting GeoEdges ongoing success. About the Role This position is ideal for a detail-oriented student who enjoys structured, focused work and wants to gain experience in the global tech industry. Youll be responsible for reviewing customer account data, and ensures that client requirements and deliverables are accurately represented in all internal systems and reports. This hands-on role involves content review, verifying data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers and support teams to ensure consistent, reliable insights that reflect true client performance and satisfaction. A technical background isnt required, but you should be comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and internal tools and have a sharp eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy. What you will do
* Monitor data and content to ensure client specifications and requirements are fully and accurately implemented.
* Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing elements between client expectations and actual execution.
* Review datasets, reports, and deliverables to verify alignment with defined client parameters.
* Document findings clearly and provide actionable feedback to internal teams, including Customer Success and Support.
* Support the team in maintaining accurate, organized records of reviews, findings, and follow-ups.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality and reporting accuracy processes.
Requirements: * Bachelors student in data Analytics, Information Systems, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least one year remaining in studies.
* Detail-oriented and precise you easily catch inconsistencies others might overlook.
* Reliable, organized, and methodical, comfortable working with structured and repetitive tasks that require focus and accuracy.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and validate data.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Part-time student position approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
