Key responsibilities
Develop, extend and maintain PLC/control software for shelter control systems across the lifecycle (engineering, testing, commissioning support and service).
Translate functional requirements into robust logic: operating modes, sequences/state logic, interlocks, alarms/events, fault handling and service/maintenance features.
Integrate and parameterize subsystems and field components (sensors, actuators, drives and monitoring units) and validate correct end-to-end behavior.
Perform hands-on hardware bring-up and commissioning activities in the lab and in the field, including I/O validation, sensor and actuator check
Implement and troubleshoot communication
