We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer for our Raanana office (hybrid set up). The QA Automation Engineer role provides you with a unique opportunity to work on an impressive technology landscape, involving many of the most popular tools and cloud platforms of today. You will be responsible for the quality assurance of our Quality Intelligence platform. You will define, design and implement innovative ways to push our products to the edge and ensure that it can provide the reliability, scalability and availability our customers expect from our products.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute effective test scenarios as per the acceptance criteria in user stories
Design and implement robust and scalable automated testing sets to ensure high code coverage.
Monitor production systems to identify patterns of failures and potential bottlenecks, and bring the most common scenarios under test coverage
Bring new ideas to emulate complex scenarios while testing applications
Requirements: Proven background in QA methodologies and QA activities
Experience in writing test plans
Experience in troubleshooting issues and analyzing defect`s root cause
Hands-on experience in developing automation tests and maintaining stable automation test sets overtime.
Strong expertise in documenting test results and conveying these observations in a meaningful and self-explanatory way to both technical/non-technical stakeholders
Experience with at least one test automation tool/framework
Experience with performance testing concepts and at least one performance testing tool/framework
Experience developing CI jobs (Jenkins in particular would be a great advantage)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ideally both in Hebrew and English)
Good team collaboration skills
Nice to have:
Experience with DevOps practices - CI/CD
Experience with writing tests in multiple programming languages
Experience with AWS services
Experience working on a SaaS based product
