About the Role You will play a key role in leading and scaling our DevOps and Cloud operations teams. Your mission is to ensure that our SaaS platform is reliable, scalable, and efficient, while enabling engineering velocity and high-quality delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical depth with team management. You will work closely with R&D and Product to continuously improve our infrastructure, deployment processes, and production operations.
Responsibilities:
Cloud & DevOps Management
* Architect and manage multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Own CI/CD pipelines and IaC frameworks (Terraform, Pulumi).
* Define and enforce SLOs/SLAs with an SRE mindset.
* Lead monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
* Promote Kubernetes and scalable micro-services practices. SecOps & FinOps
* Support implementation of security best practices across cloud and CI/CD environments in collaboration with Security stakeholders.
* Participate in security incident response processes when relevant.
* ?Own cloud cost visibility and optimization processes, including tagging, monitoring, and ongoing efficiency improvements.
* Support business continuity and disaster recovery.
* Enforce cost-efficiency policies and guardrails. People & Process Management
* Manage and develop two DevOps/Cloud teams, including managers.
* Establish and improve operational processes to support engineering delivery and production readiness.
* Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
* Provide operational metrics and updates to engineering leadership.
Advantages:
* Certifications in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), and FinOps Practitioner.
* Experience with knowledge management or AI/ML-powered SaaS products.
* Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO).
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or related disciplines within SaaS or enterprise-scale environments.
* 3+ years of experience leading technical DevOps or infrastructure teams and team leads in a Manager capacity.
* Proven track record operating production environments on Azure and AWS (multi-cloud experience strongly preferred).
* Deep expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
* Solid understanding of cloud security principles and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
* Background supporting 24/7 customer-facing production environments at scale.
* Experience implementing FinOps frameworks and optimizing cloud spend.
* Experience working with cloud cost optimization practices.
* Excellent management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
