As a Business Application Engineer, you are responsible for the administration, solution design and delivery, and support for the applications under the Business Applications umbrella.
You'll make sure that the processes needed for a business to function and succeed are running smoothly, acting as a technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues, as well as generating documentation and training materials.
Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with GTM, Finance and Accounting leadership to implement the cross-functional technology program
* Become a subject matter expert on our business processes and cycles, and put technology solutions in place that allow us to efficiently scale
* Design, build and manage reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
* Own all integrations between salesforce and other systems. Ensure these are running smoothly, including mappings between systems are correctly defined and maintained.
* Maintain and manage data quality/integrity of salesforce data.
Requirements: * 3+ years of hands-on experience in the tech industry as a salesforce administrator with knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
* Expert understanding of GTM, Finance and Accounting business processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, etc
* Experience with application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
* Experience with systems integration.
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodology.
* Strong knowledge of reporting and building dashboards within salesforce and BI Tools.
* Knowledge of how to work with DevOps tools (Copado preferred) or Version Control system to deploy changes between orgs
* Experience of building business processes through the development of salesforce Flows.
* Strong knowledge of API services to ensure data exchanges work correctly.
* Experience with the following tools is a major plus - HubSpot, DealHub, ZoomInfo, Gong, MatchMyEmail.
* Fluent in English is a must.
