Leadership Framework Development: Design, develop, and implement a cutting-edge leadership framework encompassing leadership development, succession planning, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.
Leadership Pipeline Management: Oversee the companys leadership pipeline from onboarding and internal mobility to ongoing development, ensuring a seamless and effective process.
Senior Talent Community: Establish, implement, and maintain a global senior talent community to support continuous learning and networking among senior leaders.
Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up to date of industry trends and best practices in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development, integrating these insights into our strategies.
Metrics and Analytics: Develop and maintain metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements: All you need is...
Masters degree in behavioral science or a related field
~5 years of Proven experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational development within a large, global organization.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative talent management solutions.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in leadership development and talent management.
