We are looking for a passionate Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Israeli development center, to be the agile software product owner function for infra areas and to coordinate cross teams effort to deliver cloud based infrastructure for our offerings.
In this role you will be part of a fast-moving, experienced team using agile development processes to create software products which will bring value to our customers.
As part of this role, you will be expected to
Work in an Agile environment, create and manage team backlog, prioritize work, perform backlog acceptance, oversee development stages and manage risks and dependencies.
Participate in the vision, design, and implementation of quality products.
Bridge the gap between our product management team and engineering teams, distilling high level requirements into actionable plans that our expert developers can execute on.
Bring a user perspective to the design of our products, ensuring that we deliver products that our customers want to use.
Continuously learn new technologies and develop new skills
Become an expert on our product and support internal training for new products features
Work with engineering team on resources planning and PI planning, including delivery estimates for new features and products
Collaborate with product teams and coordinate the cross teams work in IOT

The Industry Solutions Engineering (ISE) team is a global engineering organization that works directly with Microsofts most strategic Healthcare and Life Sciences customers who are looking to leverage the latest technologies to address their toughest challenges. We develop solutions side-by-side with our customers through collaborative innovation to solve their challenges. This work involves the development of broadly applicable, high-impact solution patterns and open-source software assets that contribute to the Microsoft platform. In this role, you will be working with data scientists, program managers and engineers from your team and our customers teams to apply your skills, perspectives, and creativity to grow as engineers and help solve our customers toughest challenges.

We are looking for a Data Scientist with expertise in developing statistical techniques to analyze data and find patterns. You will work cross-functionally with several teams including data scientists, engineering crews, product teams, and program management to deploy business solutions for Microsoft clients in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.

In this role, you will operate our core systems, analyze data lakes, build new monitoring methods and deliver better visibility and stability to our information services.
Responsibilities:
Develop methods with BI, RND, IT and other business units to support the information systems stability.
Monitor business applications health using a variety of technologies.
Become an application expert and support business issues and bugs around it
Build Kibana (ELK) base dashboards and SQL-based reports.
Analyze systems malfunctions in real-time using multiple analyzing and Big data tools.
Produce Root Cause Analysis post incidents and manage the process of proper fixes and future mitigation.
Manage real-time incidents, communicate with IT operators, Business users, and management, act as a focal point and lead the incident to proper resolution in the most responsible manner.
