We are looking for an Office Manager.
What you will do:
First point of contact on-site: Coordinate and execute, day-to-day administrative and company activities, to ensure effective daily office operations and positive employee experience.
Ensure office & facilities policies, procedures & standards are properly implemented.
Work closely and collaboratively with the RVBD global facilities team as a major stakeholder
Act as an interface between the company, teams, and business partners.
Acting as the administrative support to finance Invoices overall responsibility
Supporting Finance and primary accounting activities such as invoices, attendance monthly reporting.
Assistance in HR administration tasks such as: On/Off boarding, Facilitating social & well-being activities, and scheduling interviews as part of the Recruiting process.
Requirements: At least 2 years experience in administration work
Ability to multi-task, embrace change, and efficiently deal with context switches, team player, and can-do attitude.
Self-starter, hands-on, intuitive, creative, organized, and perceptive
Energized and action-driven
Excellent communication and interaction skills
Positive and practical attitude and professional image
Detail-oriented and great computer skills (Microsoft major Apps).
Ability to work independently and meet goals/objectives with minimal supervision.
