Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time on-site.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Traveling among clients is expected.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to achieve sales targets.
Report sales activities and performance to company management.

Requirements: Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and business development - minimum 3 years is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of the laboratory equipment and life science industries.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, M.Sc. degree is an advantage.
Familiarity with the laboratory, biotechnology, or related markets is an advantage.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel.
