You will
Act as a trusted advisor for managers, providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management and HR policies
Lead and implement HR initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance employee engagement
Analyze workforce trends and metrics to provide insights and make recommendations for talent management and organizational development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives, fostering a safe environment and enhance organizational culture, for employees to flourish and align with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting audits and implementing necessary changes
Requirements: You have
Excellent communication, native level in both English and Hebrew Must
8+ Years experience in human resources business liaison capacities Must
Experience from Israeli global Hi-tech companies Must
Degree in human resources management, psychology, or similar, a plus
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a proactive nature, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational capabilities.
Experience using an HRIS, preferably Workday
Tech-savvy, experience using project management tools, strong Excel skills
This position is hybrid- 4 times a week in our Har Hotzvim (Jerusalem) office and some US hours calls
