We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D organization and play a key role in the definition, development, and integration of complex industrial systems. In this role, you will be involved throughout the full product lifecycle-from requirements and system architecture, through integration and validation, and into deployment and manufacturing.
As a Systems Engineer, you will serve as the technical integrator across engineering disciplines, leading system‑level thinking and ensuring that the complete solution meets performance, reliability, quality, and cost targets. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for an engineer who enjoys working on real, complex products, making critical design decisions, and shaping how advanced systems are built.
Key Responsibilities
Translate product requirements into system-level specifications and technical requirements.
Decompose system requirements into subsystem requirements and ensure alignment across engineering teams.
Develop system concepts, trade-off analyses, and performance models.
Act as the technical interface between hardware, software, mechanics, and electronics.
Ensure seamless integration between subsystems and manage interface definitions.
Lead technical discussions across R&D disciplines to resolve system-level challenges.
Develop verification and validation plans to ensure system performance and reliability.
Participate in design reviews and technical risk assessments.
Analyze system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Lead root-cause analysis and implement system-level improvements.
Support manufacturing, service, and field teams during product deployment.
Requirements: Bachelor's or masters degree in mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Typically, 6-10 years experience as an R&D engineer within a multidisciplinary organization
Knowledge and Skills:
Using and evaluating appropriate engineering design tools and software packages to design components and solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Conducting reviews of material specifications and hardware, software, and electrical component design.
Evaluating forms of empirical analysis, modelling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.
This position is open to all candidates.
