We are seeking a highly experienced Senior system Engineer to lead and drive the development of complex, multidisciplinary quantum computing systems. This is a Full-Stack system engineering role, requiring deep expertise across multiple engineering domains and strong leadership throughout the entire system lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned system Engineer with extensive hands-on experience, strong methodological background, and proven leadership in complex system development and technical reviews.
Responsibilities
Lead system engineering activities across the full product lifecycle - from concept and architecture definition through development, integration, verification, validation, and delivery.
Define and manage system requirements, interfaces, architecture, and trade studies.
Develop and implement system engineering methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Optics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Extensive experience in system engineering roles across multiple projects.
Proven experience leading the development of complex multidisciplinary systems end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of system engineering methodologies, processes, and lifecycle management.
Demonstrated experience leading formal technical design reviews.
Broad technical understanding across hardware, electronics, mechanics, control, and software domains.
Ability to operate in deep-tech, research-driven environments.
