    The position is focused on implementation of process and procedures within the tool to support the enhancement of the Local S&OP and constantly improving the planning process at ADAMA sales units.
    Design and support the development of tools to improve the planning process (JDA) and its integration with other systems.
    Support the selling units to improve the JDA experience and usability while leading constant improvement projects.
    Lead training workshops and coach key leaders to increase employee engagement and support a continuous improvement culture resulting in improved business performance.
    Gather, Analyze and Execute local business requirements expert in all JDA capabilities.
    Project and task control according to the annual plan.
    Documentation of system solutions for all JDA modules and interfaces
    1st level support for system failures and batch process trackingץ
    Requirements:
    5-7 years of experience in leading cross organizational process and change management with strong background in sales or operation planning.
    Experience in supply chain system implantation an advantage.
    B.Sc. Industrial engineering, agronomist, economist, business administration or other related field, MBA an advantage.
    Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking); additional languages an advantage.
    High capability in Excel.

    The Manufacturing Technology Improvement Leader is a key member of the Global Operations Team and is primarily responsible for leading continuous improvement and implementation of new technologies in synthesis and formulations sites in Adama group.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Build comprehensive continuous improvement (CI) for all Adamas facilities.

    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering.
    Masters degree in Engineering or Ph.D. in Chemistry - are an advantage.
    At least 10-15 year of experience working in Chemical Industry (R&D, Production, Engineering /Process), preferable in Pesticide and or Pharmaceutical industries.
    Project Manager Certification - is a plus
    HSE Experience in a Chemical Plant - a clear advantage.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    High analytical skills.
    Shows initiative, the desire to drive change and is motivation to exceed expectations.
    Solid leadership skills and able to manage both vertically and horizontally.
    Possess statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to product and process improvement projects.
