We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with mobile robots in the material handling and logistics sector, with a proven track record of managing and growing relationships with automation fleet operators, as well as integrators, 3PLs, and resellers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex client needs, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales execution: Meet global annual growth targets at assigned strategic accounts, perform monthly
and quarterly Key Account Reviews in order to communicate progress according to the strategy
outline for assigned accounts
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving
as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts and
develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations,
to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive
landscape to effectively advise clients and position [Your Company Name] as a thought leader.
Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to
management, identifying areas for improvement and action.
Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements while
maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in account management within the material handling and logistics industry, with a focus on integrators, 3PLs, and resellers.
Must be a quota carrier with proven track record.
Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Electrical
Engineering background is an advantage.
Experience with robotics, AGVs, and AMRs is a plus.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
Strong understanding of logistics solutions, material handling technologies, and supply chain optimization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
