What you'll do
Design, implement, and own robust automation workflows that execute outbound sales development processes.
Coordinate multi-agent workflows to ensure reliability, monitoring, and smooth handoffs.
Set standards for research, sequencing, and scheduling automation; align with pipeline and revenue goals.
Convert GTM goals and ICP definitions into scalable prompts, data flows, and automated playbooks that support end-to-end outbound motions.
Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and internal systems.
Run A/B tests on prompts, templates, and timing; track conversions and the impacts of the different managed channels.
Evaluate and standardize tooling, templates, and agents; maintain a backlog, release notes, and a clear incident/rollback process.
Collaborate with other team functions to ensure performance reporting: meetings set, conversion lift, pipeline/revenue contribution, cycle time, and cost-per-meeting.
Requirements: BSc in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent academic knowledge); or 12 years of professional experience in process automation using AI methodologies.
Hands-on experience deploying AI tooling.
Proven track record with AI workflow tools - n8n, ChatGPT Workflows (or similar orchestration), and familiarity with agentic patterns.
Ability to design, evaluate, and maintain prompt libraries and safety guardrails.
Strong understanding of web APIs, JSON, webhooks, and auth methods (OAuth, API keys).
Working understanding of MCP architecture; experience building/operating MCP tools/servers is a plus.
Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript.
Understanding of the SaaS sales funnel and outbound motions - a plus.
Clear written and verbal communicator who can translate business needs into technical designs; strong copy sensibilities.
Native or fluent English must.
Proactive, self-sufficient, detail-oriented; fast learner who adapts quickly to new tech.
Salesforce experience - a big plus.
