We are looking for an experienced Finance & Ops Strategy and Solution Manager is responsible for planning, execution, and communication of strategic initiatives in the Finance & Operations organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring that project goals align with business objectives, and delivering projects on time.
What youll be spending your time on:
Lead strategic initiatives that improve financial and operational performance.
Serve as a solutions partner for Finance and Ops teams: identifying pain points and delivering innovative, tech-enabled solutions.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed according to plan and adjust as necessary.
Manage end-to-end project lifecyclesfrom ideation and requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress against these metrics. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Promote innovation within the organization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
Develop ops strategy: Lead mid-to-long-term operational strategies and programs to support business growth, compliance, financial and operational efficiency.
Strategic planning: Align the org with company goals and strategy; define and monitor KPIs and targets, oversee departmental yearly plan.
Requirements: At least 5 years experience in business operation/ project management/ program management
Data oriented, possesses a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical and business reasoning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated experience working with and presenting to senior executives
Bachelors degree or equivalent
