Repair Tracking Monitoring
- Track and monitor end-to-end repair statuses across service partners and internal systems
- Identify delays or bottlenecks in repair processes and escalate when needed
- Ensure repair status data is accurate, up-to-date and aligns with SLA and KPI requirements.
Operational Reporting and Analysis
- Create and maintain regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) on repair tracking
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends
- Support operational decision-making with Real-Time data and analysis
Technical Support Partner communication
- Service as the main point of contact for service partners regarding system issues and operational clarifications and classification
- Guide partners on proper system usage, reporting requirements, and compliance with repair process standards
- Conduct briefings or training sessions
Requirements: Proficient with Office Tools (Word / Excel / Outlook / PP)
Familiarity with CRM / ERP system
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving and analytical approach
