Support multiple Cluster Leadership Team (LT) members, expertly manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics
Prepare professional documents, presentations, and reports.
Uphold strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Draft, edit, and proofread LT communications.
Maintain efficient office operations and organized work environment.
Record meeting minutes, track and follow up on action items as required by the LT action items.
Serve as LT contact for internal/external stakeholders.
Oversee office supplies, vendors, and service providers by global policies.
Monitor expenses, process reimbursements, and assist with budget tracking.
Organize team activities, events, and workshops.
Manage training documentation, timelines, and compliance archiving.
Facilitate onboarding for new LT members.
Requirements: Bachelors degree; 5+ years as a professional assistant in a global organization.
International experience (US/EU).
High integrity and confidentiality.
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Copilot 365; Power Automate a plus).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail orientation.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving and customer service focus.
Project coordination experience (planning, timelines, budget).
