We are seeking a creative, energetic, and methodical professional to join our industry-leading Marketing team. We are looking for a Marketing BI Analyst with a strong analytical mindset independent problem-solving skills , and the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets . In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance , ensuring we meet KPIs , and providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze marketing data to measure performance, trends, and KPIs
* Perform data manipulations, transformations, and visualizations to generate actionable insights.
* Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign performance and improve decision-making.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business and marketing metrics.
* Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, APIs, and BigQuery
* Leverage the Data Warehouse to unify data streams, enabling comprehensive analysis and enhanced reporting capabilities.
* Automate data workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
* Support marketing teams in A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and customer insights
Requirements: 3 years of experience as a Marketing BI Analyst
* Strong expertise in SQL and ability to write complex queries.
* Experience working with Salesforce
* Hands-on experience with APIs for data extraction and integration.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel , including complex formulas and data manipulation.
* Experience working with Google BigQuery Strong experience with Power BI , including building dashboards and data visualizations. Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with HubSpot – a plus.
* Knowledge of Python for data analysis – a plus.
