We are looking for a Compliance Manager to take full ownership of compliance function operationally and regulatorily.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You will not manage a team. You will run the function.
You will be responsible for executing all day-to-day compliance activities while serving as the companys Compliance Officer.
This role is critical to ensuring that operates at a high standard of regulatory discipline while maintaining speed and efficiency in a high-growth environment.
What You Will Own:
End-to-end ownership of customer onboarding (KYC / KYB)
Continuous transaction monitoring and alert investigation
Full responsibility for regulatory reporting, including suspicious activity reports
Ongoing compliance with Israeli regulatory requirements
Maintenance and enforcement of internal compliance procedures
Acting as official Compliance Officer מול regulators
Direct interaction with external compliance advisors, auditors, and regulators
Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in compliance within fintech, payments, or financial institutions
Proven hands-on experience with:
KYC / KYB processes
Transaction monitoring systems
Regulatory and suspicious activity reporting
Strong familiarity with Israeli regulatory frameworks
Ability to operate independently with full ownership and accountability
High attention to detail combined with strong decision-making ability
Capability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
