As a Product Analyst you will
Partner with product managers, developers, marketing, sales, and UX researchers to identify opportunities for improving product experience and trial conversion.
Analyze user behavior throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding and engagement to feature adoption and retention.
Define KPIs and core product metrics; build scalable dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
Evaluate the performance of product features and trials, and identify areas for optimization.
Provide insights, onboarding improvements, and sales funnel refinement.
Communicate findings clearly with stakeholders using compelling data storytelling and visualizations.
Support data infrastructure by collaborating with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure data reliability.

Contributing expertise to the team to extract maximum value from available visual data. Serving as a knowledgeable resource, capable of respectfully teaching and guiding others, while continuously learning and growing.
Researching and implementing AI technology, including deep learning and classical computer vision approaches. Designing and developing efficient, clear and production-ready Python code to ensure rapid and seamless product integration.

In this role, you'll focus on developing and implementing automated calibration solutions for several computing partners while also serving as a solutions expert for our European customer base.
You'll work at the intersection of physics and software engineering, translating complex calibration requirements into robust automation frameworks.
This position offers unprecedented exposure to diverse qubit types and architectures, enabling you to create groundbreaking calibration solutions while helping customers implement computing experiments.
Prior hands on experience on managing AMO set-ups and good understanding of the underlying physics is strongly encouraged.
