As a Team Leader on the Bidding Strategies Algo team in our TLV Office, youll play a vital role in shaping how Advertisers bid in real-time auctions at massive scale.
You will lead the optimization of our existing bidding strategies and the design of new ones, formulating bidding problems mathematically, applying control-theoretic methods, and analyzing the complex dynamics of a closed-loop.
By guiding team members and partnering closely with engineering, youll turn theoretical insights into robust production solutions. Your work will directly influence advertiser ROI efficiency across thousands of advertisers.

What youll do

Research novel algorithms and design new deep learning architectures to advance our in-house NLP and conversational models.

Develop methods for translating customer goals into structured representations with controlled states and real-time observations.

Help design the reasoning layer that orchestrates our AI models efficiently alongside a range of LLMs, enabling each agent to adapt its policy throughout a conversation while remaining aligned with customer objectives.

Build analytical tools that trace our AI decision process across a vast corpus of conversations, providing clear visibility into their reasoning and behavior.

Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to translate cutting-edge research into production at scale.

Proactively lead new ideas and technical initiatives.

Responsibilities
Design and own the user experience from an economy point of view to predict our players behavior according to the data we already have.
Build simulations and predictive models in order to proactively forecast results of content changes.
Monitor individual and macro player balances to ensure the overall health of the games economy.
Explore and design gameplay loops and the way players interact with them.
Tune content performance by devising A/B tests and analyzing their effectiveness.
Identify areas where sinks/sources should be tightened or loosened to maximize engagement, retention and revenue.
Price the games virtual currencies.
Collaborate with Product teams on balancing and designing new features that address existing deficiencies in the game.
