We are looking for a Business Operations PMO to help operate and scale our companys execution engine.
This role sits at the center of cross-functional execution and ensures that company priorities translate into structured action, measurable outcomes, and high-quality decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across strategic initiatives.
What am I going to do?
OKR & Strategy Architecture: Own the end-to-end OKR framework and planning cycles to align company goals with team execution.
Performance & Business Reviews: Drive MBRs/QBRs and track key initiatives to ensure progress is measurable and outcomes-focused.
Executive Decision Support: Structure leadership forums and data-driven materials to shift meetings from "status updates" to decision-making.
Cross-Functional Execution: Oversee high-impact initiatives by identifying dependencies, flagging risks, and resolving bottlenecks across the organization.
Operational Excellence: Standardize processes and templates to improve execution speed and institutional knowledge sharing.
