Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and oversee product configuration, engineering documentation, and processes from NPI (New Product Introduction) through to mass production.
- Analyze and enhance end-to-end change management processes (ECRs/ECOs/Deviations) to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and control product configuration and Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring consistency and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure seamless data transfer to subcontractors and global manufacturing facilities while addressing potential process gaps.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, Operations, and Business teams to align configuration management activities with company goals.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies, develop process optimizations, and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements: - B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Configuration Management, including BOM structure and change control processespreferably in multi-disciplinary environments involving electronic and mechanical products.
- Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze, optimize, and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency with PLM platforms, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience working with subcontractors and customer interfaces.
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and engineering processes.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of process improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to lead complex cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
