Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of satellite systems, including electro-optical payloads, communication systems, and computerized systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and customers to define system requirements, specifications, and architectures.
* Conduct detailed system analyses and simulations to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency.
* Oversee the integration, testing, and validation of satellite systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and mission requirements.
* Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and troubleshooting activities to resolve system -level issues.
Advantages:
* Masters degree in Systems Engineering.
* Experience in orbital mechanics, satellite constellations, or distributed space systems.
* Proficiency in system simulation tools and software (e.g., STK, GMAT, MATLAB, Simulink).
* Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards for satellite operations and space systems.
Requirements: * Bachelor's or master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* 5 years of experience with spaceborne or airborne systems engineering, including design, development, and testing.
* Experience leading verification activities (planning and execution).
* Planning and organizational skills, including contributing to schedules, estimating costs, and forecasting personnel needs.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of leading technical projects.
