We're looking for an Organizational Development and Learning Manager to join our iTero HR team.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will
Organizational Development: Oversee global processes such as performance management, talent management, IL leadership development programs, mentoring program, career month activities, project management, employee surveys, and more.
Workshops and Training: Create and lead workshops on key skills (e.g., feedback exchange, goal setting) to support the development of managers and employees.
Learning and Development: Assess learning needs, customize training solutions (self-learning, workshops, face-to-face, or hybrid programs), design and develop programs, manage vendors, implement, monitor KPIs, and facilitate global rollout.
Change Management: Assist in managing organizational change processes.
Supporting HRBP in the Lines: Team development, support in planning offsites, provide consultation to HRBP, and more.
Leadership Initiatives: Lead cross-organizational leadership development initiatives.
Global Talent Projects: Partner with the Global Talent Center of Excellence team on projects and initiatives.
May act as an instructor/facilitator to deliver training programs and/or train-the-trainer.
Plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities such as team meetings, conference calls, client-location site visits, etc.
Training Delivery: Act as an instructor/facilitator to deliver training programs and/or train-the-trainer.
Logistics Support: Plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities like team meetings, conference calls, and local programs.
Requirements: Experience: 6 years in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Human Capital consulting.
Education: Bachelor's degree and advanced degree in Business, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behaviors, Organizational Development, or related field.
Adaptability: Fast learner, feel comfortable with ambiguity and a highly dynamic environment
Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Project Management: Proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion while engaging stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written presentation skills in Hebrew and English.
LMS Familiarity: Experience with Learning Management System platforms, including organizing, testing, administering content, and analyzing trends and user data.
