We are looking for a System Engineer Expert to drive the system vision, architecture and design requirements of multi-disciplinary state of the art 3D imaging medical systems.
The System Engineer is required to understand the user needs, product constraints and be responsible for defining the architecture and system requirements for the medical device. The work process is focused on balancing implementation complexity, clinical constraints , risks, manufacturability, serviceability and quality to conclude the optimum design alternatives. He is required to work closely with the product managers, customers, QA/RA and design teams from needs translation to requirements and architecture to allow development plans up to design transfer to production.
Key Responsibilities
Master multi-disciplinary system including Electronics, Mechanics, Algorithms, Software (embedded and application),Physics and optics, lead and develop the architecture and requirements of such systems.
Analyze design alternatives for all the system features , such as design complexity, timelines and risks, technical and clinical performance, manufacturability, cost, etc., and lead the technical decision making while collaborating with cross-functional peers within and outside R&D.
Work with program managers to create and manage project schedules.
Design and lead lab experiments and integrations, analyze and solve problems of real complex systems in lab, in production, or in the field.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Production and Quality Engineer to drive exceptional product quality, patient safety, and field reliability across the Installed Base (IB). This is a key technical role supporting production stability, RMA/DOA investigations, Automated Test Equipment (ATE) performance, and cross-functional quality engineering initiatives in a regulated medical device environment
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will
Support RMA/DOA processes and continuous reduction of field failures.
Support qualifications and control of ATE testers in production lines.
Support ECO/ECR processes, NPI projects, product updates, and cross-functional engineering changes.
Work closely with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to enhance product quality and resolve technical issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Participate in supplier selection and conduct suppliers audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, MDR, and other applicable medical device regulations.
Maintain and support quality documentation, including CAPA, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and risk management documentation.

Responsibilities:

* Integrate and support satellite ground system components, including RF, hardware, software and network elements.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
* Troubleshoot system and RF -related issues.
* Create and maintain technical documentation.
* Support project execution and on-site activities abroad.
