For our large-scale program, we are looking for a senior System QA engineer to oversee the quality aspects of the program.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented with a passion for shaping the quality of our system and services while successfully keeping an excellent interpersonal skills with all stake holders.
You will be a part of a team working on a real-time, highly scalable, and distributed system. You will be responsible for new and existing requirements to secure full test coverage at system level.
You will support Product Management, Engineering, and (Technical) Operations in creating and ensuring the best quality of our product.
What you will do
Create and maintain test plan (Progression & regression)
Perform detailed manual testing on a feature-by-feature basis as well as regression and sanity checks
Work with development team to identify test areas and scenarios
Identify and raise bugs into tracking system and follow through until release to production
Work embedded within a cross functional team and take ownership for the quality of the feature being released.
Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in the software testing industry working on a complex system hands on
Previous experience testing and debugging Mobile applications
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in creating and executing clear, concise, comprehensive test plans and test cases
Good technical skills to understand and analyze defects. (Proofed experience using ELK, Crashlyticks)
Experience of testing in a modern software process such as Agile
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge and experience with Charles, Postman, Kibana
Experience in test management tool (Itrack preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills Team player
Experience leading testing activities over whole / part of a complex system
An advantage:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other similar field
Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
