We are looking for a Part-time Procurement Specialist with a strong commercial mindset, hands-on approach, and the ability to lead vendor engagements. This is a high-impact role influencing cost, efficiency, and the companys ability to move fast and smart.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement processes - from purchase request to deal closure
Lead negotiations with vendors - pricing, commercial terms, and service levels (SLA)
Source new vendors and perform benchmarking
Work hands-on with ZIP (ZipHQ) for procurement workflows and approvals
Monitor and control spend - identify cost-saving opportunities
Work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams
Review and manage commercial aspects of vendor agreements
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in procurement - required
Proven experience in vendor negotiations - required
Experience with procurement systems - experience with ZIP (ZipHQ) is a strong advantage
Experience working with commercial agreements and supporting contract processes with Legal teams
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Legal, IT, Security, Finance)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders
Strong commercial mindset with cost optimization focus
Assertiveness, independence, and ability to drive processes
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Fluent in English.
