As a Medical Detailing Team Manager, you will lead a team of 910 OTC medical detailing representatives. You will be responsible for driving district performance based on sell-out and market share evolution, while developing and executing strategic medical plans aligned with business needs. Your goal is to meet monthly and annual targets in terms of sales, market share, profit, demand, and long-term growth.
Your responsibilities
Implement OTC sales and marketing strategies through the detailing team
Guide and supervise execution of the sales call model and programs with healthcare professionals
Ensure effective adoption of training content to support product knowledge and performance
Monitor and analyze team performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Visit high-potential physicians to assess needs and strengthen relationships
Build district business plans based on audit analysis and territory-specific needs
Maintain ongoing communication with relevant stakeholders at the health funds (HMOs)
Strengthen and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in OTC
Proven leadership of large sales teams and cross-functional collaboration
Strong leadership and people development skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
