We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation & Integration Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation and optimization projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project leadership, a deep understanding of manufacturing environments, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines to drive successful implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects. · Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, production, and engineering. · Ensure alignment between business requirements and ERP system capabilities. · Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related issues. · Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities. · Train and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions. · Manage relationships with ERP vendors and external consultants. · Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices. · Ensure seamless integration between ERP and other enterprise systems such as MES, PLM, CRM and financial systems. Take a cross-organizational, process-oriented approach to ERP implementation, aligning system capabilities with overall business strategy.

In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and global stakeholders to develop, test, and refine solutions for running Oracle workloads including Oracle RAC on Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and OpenShift Virtualization (OCP-V). You will be at the forefront of creating scalable and reliable reference architectures that showcase the value of open source technologies for enterprise-grade Oracle deployments.
What you will do:

Oracle Database and RAC testing on OCP-V and creating reference architecture

Work closely with the virtualisation engineering team and other stakeholders to create and maintain solutions for running Oracle in virtualised environments

Additionally work on Ansible automation roles for Oracle deployments

Contribute to the global knowledge management system
